This page explains what personal information Marc IV Audio ("I", "me") collects when you use this website or book a session, why I collect it, and what your rights are. I'm a sole trader based in the UK, and this policy is written to comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who I am

Marc IV Audio is the trading name of Vicram Singh Gozra, a sole trader offering mixing and mastering services. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact me at singhvmusic@gmail.com.

What I collect

When you book a session, I collect:

• Your name and email address
• Any notes you add about your track
• Booking details — date, time, and package chosen
• Payment confirmation from PayPal (I never see or store your card or bank details directly — PayPal handles this)
• The audio files you send me for mixing/mastering

Why I collect it

Solely to provide the service you've booked: to schedule your session, process payment, communicate with you about your track, and deliver the finished work. I don't use your information for marketing without your separate consent, and I don't sell your data to anyone.

Who your data is shared with

To run this business, some of your information passes through these third-party services, each acting as a data processor on my behalf:

• PayPal — processes your payment. See PayPal's own privacy policy.
• Google (Calendar & Gmail) — your booking is added to a private scheduling calendar, and confirmation/delivery emails are sent via Gmail. See Google's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — provides security and routing for this website; it can see technical connection data (like your IP address) but not your booking content.

None of these services are used to sell or share your data onward for their own marketing purposes as part of this business relationship.

How long I keep your data

Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as needed to meet UK tax and accounting obligations (currently up to 6 years for financial records). Audio files are kept only as long as reasonably needed to deliver and support your project, after which they may be deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data I hold about you
• Ask me to correct inaccurate data
• Ask me to delete your data, where I'm not legally required to keep it (e.g. financial records)
• Object to how your data is used

To exercise any of these, email singhvmusic@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), if you're unhappy with how your data has been handled.

Cookies & fonts

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may involve a minimal technical connection to Google's servers when the page loads. No advertising or tracking cookies are used on this site.
